Nick Hayward has been Regional Director for Campden Wealth in Asia Pacific since 1 September 2015. Prior to this Nick founded his own company – Black Gate Intelligence - and held an advisory role at Euromoney Institutional Investor Plc.
Whilst working for Euromoney between 2004 and 2013 Nick was responsible for several businesses and was appointed MD for Asia Pacific and Japan and relocated to HK in 2008. After his arrival in HK Nick built new businesses for Euromoney in Asia, successfully led the team into China and maintained his additional responsibilities for Euromoney’s global FX business which Nick had taken global from London.
Before Euromoney Nick worked for the Institute International Research (IIR) in London where he headed the sales for several business divisions including UK & European financial markets, tax and accountancy. Nick sat on the UK executive committee and was frequently asked to train his European colleagues in the ‘dark arts’ of selling to financial institutions. Nick holds an MA from Edinburgh University, is married to a Danish national and has two daughters.
